Kevin has worked since 2006 in the healthcare sector as project manager and architect. His practice has provided client-side support and consultancy leading roles for acute hospitals, community and mental health hospitals, and primary care facilities. He has worked directly for directors of estates to help formulate masterplans and development ideas for estate strategies.

Services offered
Fees
Fees vary depending on project complexity and client requirements. Concept ideas, option appraisals, and feasibility studies are offered on a time-charge basis to agreed parameters.
Once the brief is finalised and progresses to outline design, fees for that stage through to completion are based on a percentage of the estimated construction cost — adjusted as needed when the contract sum and final account are agreed.

Kevin has worked as an architect and project manager in the education sector for 20 years. This includes leading the architects department at Southampton City Council, project management with Solent University and CPC Project Services, and as architect in his own practice.
