Project description
Alterations to convert previous use (end of life care) to a physiotherapy rehabilitation centre for relocation from Queen Alexandra acute hospital to a Trust owned community building. Providing 20 consulting rooms, gymnasium, exercise areas, clinical ancillary spaces, staff areas and external works.
The central two-storey building dates from the 18th century with large single storey wings constructed 100 years ago. The building is not listed but is situated within a conservation area requiring sensitive treatment to the exterior and gardens.
